Has the Skull Mask been identified?

A while back there was an ebay link to a similar mask I think… but I can no longer find it… Been wanting to pick one of those up to paint it up for my movie room...

It's a custom piece fitted to DC's head. You can get very similar ones though and it was one of these it was based off. Similar to the Phantom's skull mask.
