Corgi model + DVD sets

Just noticed this TND BMW + DVD set on ebay. I have also seen a similar GF set with the DB5 before.

They are from around 2000-2001 and as there were 17 models from 13 films in the Corgi Definitive Bond Collection I am wondering if there were any other (especially OHMSS/TLD + Aston and TSWLM/FYEO + Lotus)?
Also, was this an official MGM release or just packaged together by a different company?

Okay, there is at least one more set - the Z3 with GoldenEye DVD.

Corgi, Baker & Taylor, Sign Exclusive Distribution Agreement for New Line of James Bond DVDs Packaged With 007 Die Cast Collectible Cars

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 9, 2001--Corgi Classics has signed an exclusive distributor agreement with Baker & Taylor to market Corgi's "007 James Bond" line of die cast car collectibles packaged with MGM-licensed Bond DVDs.

One of the most successful film franchises in motion picture history, the Bond movies remain popular with movie buffs. Each MGM DVD movie will be offered with the specific Corgi vehicle used by James Bond in that film. For example, the DVD movie "Goldfinger" will pack with Bond's Aston Martin DB5. Packaging will incorporate artwork from the film's title.

John Dunkel, general manager of Corgi Classics U.S., believes the agreement with Baker & Taylor, one of the largest distributors of books and videos, will significantly benefit Corgi's penetration in the North American market.

"Baker & Taylor is the all-in-one entertainment solution when it comes to book and video distribution," said Dunkel. "The accounts serviced by Baker & Taylor typically do not retail Corgi products. In this respect the co-pack offers Corgi models exposure to a customer base we have not yet explored. We're sure that it will prove to be an enormous boon for our collectible business."

While the long-term benefits of the co-packaging and merchandising effort is greater exposure in a market historically left untapped by the die cast manufacturer, the immediate gain goes to Bond collectors and enthusiasts.

"Collectors want to augment their collections with unique pieces or items," said Corgi Classics Sales Manager Ross Hadley. "What we're doing with Baker & Taylor is adding a new dimension to a '007' collectibles line that has been successful since 1965. And we're doing it with new tooling for nearly all of the Bond vehicles we manufacture."

Both parties are hopeful the bundle will lead to more partnerships in the future.

"The possibilities are limitless," said Dunkel. "Corgi produces an expansive line of Film & Television Favorites that would match many of the properties currently distributed by Baker & Taylor."

So, there are now three sets I know of: GF + DB5, GE + Z3, TND + 750iL - has anyone seen any other?

As these were produced with knowledge and approval of Corgi they are authentic Corgi products (although "code 2" as they were packaged by an outside company).
