I think I have it! (thank you, Stag) First I buy up the rights to the James Bond franchise before Stag does. But unlike him I'll make a excellent Bond film, with twice as many hot girls in it than any other Bond movie, Norway as a major location and a great raid at the end :007)
Then I'll sue myself , resulting in a court battle lasting 10-15 years. In the meantime I'll sit in my private cinema in my lair and watch it myself and drop hints about it once or twice a year in this forum

I've always liked the idea ( For a thriller etc) of a Genetic Bomb which could eliminate an
entire Race of people, you'd get a few quid for not using that.

But I'd stick to the good old traditional, team of world wide suicide bombers, but with small

First, I would build a full scale, fully functioning replica of Stromberg's lair.

Then, I will launch an American nuclear missile into an American submarine. Then a British nuclear missile into a British submarine. And a Russian nuclear missile into a Russian submarine.

Then I watch as the three countries have no clue what the hell is going on.

I set up my own secret service.

And create a torture chamber in my lair where I strap my prisoners to a chair (like in A Clockwork Orange) and run 1967 Casino Royale on a continuous loop.

That is all I would do.
