Don't know if this has already been mentioned but Swann's line about 'gun's make me nervous' reminded me of Romanova in FRWL
or OHMSS

I don't think these have been mentioned...
Bond escaping the DB10. - Glastron Hang glider stunt MKR, and DB5 Ejector seat GF.
MI6 Building mooring pen. - TWINE.
Bond spots a vulnerable valve unit and shoots it - TWINE.
The DB10's reg plate?!
I'm prob duplicating here...
Q2's joke about the classic line "Bring it back in one piece" - All previous films!
Hinx is a cross between Oddjob and Jaws. (Dresses and built like the former, looming, tall, metal bodily assassination method like the latter, silent, strong and deadly like both!)
In the Rome boardroom, Blofeld speaks like Dr No.
The plane crashing through the log cabin - FYEO ski chase.
Coincidence? Probably. =
The shot of the DB10 sinking below the water surface is a similar frame angle to the Rolls in AVTAK.
The shot of the DB5 gearstick at the end, mirroring the one before "that moment" in Goldfinger.
Baddie's black Range Rover / Land Rover convoy = TND, DAD, CR-06 and QoS.
EMP's "It's just my boss" phone excuse reminds me of Samantha Bond's Moneypenny chaser call near the start of TND. No idea why!
This is Thunderbird 2, how can I be of assistance?
When Moneypenny and q meet up with M in a Club, I'm pretty much certain M is sitting under a painting by Turner. We remember that Bond and Q first met in front of a Turner painting in SF.
But is Bond promising Mr. White to protect his daughter to find Blofeld the same as Bond agreeing to court Tracy so Draco will tell Bond where Blofeld is? It seems like exactly the same thing, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's not supposed to be.
Of course it's the same thing. It can't be a coincidence.
Sartorial references to GF:
The ivory dinner jacket with a red boutonnière
The tan jacket, suede shoes and knitted tie in the desert are a reference to Connery's outfit when driving in Switzerland.
Bond can tell the year and model of the Rolls, like he did for Goldfinger's Phantom III
Torture scene : laser scene revisited. Also a reference to LALD when Kananga is interrogating Bond strapped in a chair and explaining to Solitaire what Tee Hee will do to Bond.
The butler holding a tray at Blofeld's lair is dressed like Oddjob.
When the helicopter loops in the PTS there is some music that is very reminiscent (at least to me) of the slide whistle used when the AMC loops in TMWTGG.
Bond throwing his hat on the bed - the hat of Baron Samedi on his bed in LALD
Bond serting Hinx on fire during the fight - Bond setting Mr.Kidd on fire in DAF
"You see Mr.Bond, you can't kill my dreams...but my dreams can kill you.Time to face destiny" - "Time to face gravity"
Bond coming out of a daze in Blofeld's lair, sees the white cat on his lap and says: "Hello Pussy". I thought that was a nod to GE when Bond awakens to see Pussy Galore.
Good Lord! I never spotted half of those. Some of these are way too obscure to be anything but a co-incidence. You guys must have exceptionally good memories!

The character played by Joe Pesci in "Home Alone" is named after the character played by Orson Welles in "The Third Man"- http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0099785/trivia- so it's a reference in itself.
"The Third Man" has several Bond connections- most obviously Bernard Lee and Orson Welles, but it was also an early movie for future Bond directors Guy Hamilton and John Glen (who referenced it in his TLD).
the car that collects bond and swann from the tiny train station?
it does look familiar .....
The Car (Rolls Royce Silver Wraith) is similar to the one used in Goldfinger but that is a Rolls Royce Phantom III and it is also similar to the one used in A View To a Kill but that one is a Rolls Royce Silver Cloud II CUB 1. :007)
James Bond: That’s a Smith & Wesson, and you’ve had your six.

Shot of the plane going over the snow drift reminded me of TLD aston martin catching air over the snow drift.
PTS assassination attempt similar to the one in LTK. (but without the ninjas)
Bond sitting guard in chair while girl sleeps in bed = A View to a Kill
Bond looking cool by wearing all-black outfits similar to LALD and Moonraker.
Bond ditching his parachute and walking past the street cleaner guy reminded me of the "fill her up please" line in Octopussy.
Blofeld's control room reminded me of Drax's control room in Aztec temple.
Train fight definitely more TSWLM than FRWL.

Craig wears arriving in Tangier the same colours and type of clothes (updated of course) as Timothy Dalton in TLD Tangier scenes. I loved that.

Sadly, there was no villain in Spectre half as interesting as Harry Lime.
"The Third Man" has several Bond connections- most obviously Bernard Lee and Orson Welles, but it was also an early movie for future Bond directors Guy Hamilton and John Glen (who referenced it in his TLD).

Villains like an old Rolls.
Given all the old Rolls Royce names with Wraith, Ghost and Phantom. They
Wouldn't have made a one off Rolls Royce Spectre. )

and here it is with the man himself (and wife and presumably chauffeur)
and with BB
Cool images, It is a lovely car! :007)

"Does it DO anything?" reminds me of M "Is that all it does?" in LALD
M and Moneypenny teaming up outside the office also invokes LALD (and visiting Bond's flat)
