Bond related New York....

Lucky me, I'm off to New York for a few days soon......

Any advice on Bond related places to see/visit? Happy to include some Bond/Craig shopping along the way so recommended stores are also welcomed (Billy Reid etc).

Thanks folks!

Go to the reptile house at Central Park Zoo. Classic Bond meeting place.

I don't think it still exists. There wasn't a reptile house the last time I was there a few months ago. It's still a fun, small zoo.

No, not 007 in New York. So there wasn't a reptile house back then either, I see.

If you're there just before New Year's I'd be pleased to show you around. We did Bond tours there of uptown, midtown and the Battery back when.

For those not from the England, the Turnbull & Asser shop across the street from Brioni on E57th St is great. But it's not worth it if you're in the UK because it's much less expensive there.

Well done! I came up with a list of over 100 spots and then took people to about the best 50 of 'em. :)

I went to the NYC zoo a few years back and it was a very blustery day ,we went to the wonkey house , the M had blown upside down ,and then into the EPTILE house ,(again wind damage) I mentioned to one of the zoo keepers ,about the Eptile house ,and he said ,when its windy my Rs blows off :D ,but a nice zoo though. :)
