Here is our initial prototype:
A few notes:
The color is a little too purple, so we'll be revising to a more navy blue.
The contrast stitching that you're seeing is only for the prototype (the final will be a matching color).
The fabric is a cotton/poly blend, so it has a little more sheen than pure cotton, mimicking the blend of the TF.
The fabric is a little more fine (tighter weave) than the TF.
We'll be doing another prototype to finalize the color, so will keep you all posted.

Ps will you be doing the Spectre ties? I'm thinking of the black 'Rome' tie in particular?

We're definitely doing the brown knit tie... could look into doing the black one as well if there is some good info available on it.
We're working on our prototype for a run of navy blue polo shirts based on the TF one. Having handled one of these in person, I can honestly say we won't be able to copy all the details. I don't know if it's worth $900+ but it's definitely got some really unique details that cannot be copied with out GREAT expense.
So, we're going to try and get the main points (v-neck opening, collar size/shape, wide waistband, etc) as well as a few extra details to mimic the unique seam weave, etc of the original. We're going to use a cotton blend to get a little more sheen than our standard 100% cotton.
I'm hoping to have a sample done within two or three weeks. Right now, the price point should be in the range of our other ready-made t-shirts, so around $50 (shipped).

Looks very cool
It's just what we needed as it is hard to find a well made replica or copy of the shirt. :007)
James Bond: That’s a Smith & Wesson, and you’ve had your six.
Hey Magnoli, i noticed in your site their is no option to choose size, so do we just request size in the comments section? Sizes are in INCHES correct?
and shipping takes 2-4weeks does it?
Thanks

Looks great but sadly the XL is too small on me. My shoulders are 20.75"
These ready made sizes seems more tailored for Asian body types.
Which in no way am I trying to be or sound racist in case anyone thinks that. I've ordered from Asian manufacturers before and their sizes usually run at least 1-2 times smaller than a North American fit does.

I forgot to put the drop-down size menu... all fixed!
As for sizing, these are stretchy, and the shoulder seam is designed to sit atop the shoulder, not at the tip. I have a 41" chest and 18.5" shoulders, but wear the medium (which is technically 1" smaller in the chest and 1" narrower in the shoulders).
Thanks for that, should I get a small then? I am a 38/48 in Tom Ford, I am usually a medium in most brands, like TF, Sunspel etc. Do these polos run bigger than normal cuts?

Our medium is similar to a TF 50, so yeah, maybe go with the small.

Getting a friend to make the belt for me. (If anyone's interested PM) and jacket from elsewhere. :007)
Count me in for a brown knit tie to add to my Magnoli tie collection

Looking forward to this homage one because the price it's going for on the original TF one is not worth it, not for a polo shirt.
