Ordered mine about 5 mins after Blair popped the message on... Got home and the phone or website has dropped a size 3 in my cart and not a 8.5??? What is a size 3, probably wont even fit my boys 11 week old hand!
Messaged Agnelle so as ever, nothing ever straight forward.... Grrrr

Must be an error in their shop system. I've ordered an 8 and got a confirmation mail for a 3. I replied to it and they said it's a mistake and of course they received an order for an 8. I still hope that I will get a size 8 :-)
But I think it'll be fine and for you as well.

Yes I noticed the same at the shopping basket stage and reset it back to size 9 before confirming.

Time will tell I guess they will either fit me or my Action Man!!

How do we measure our hands to get an accurate size? :))

Measure around the palm across the knuckles which is the widest point of your hand i.e. where your fingers join your palm (your phalanges are the bones in your fingers; proximal = the ones nearest your palm, intermediate are the ones in the middle of the finger and distal are the ones at the end)

I've been in touch with Marlene at Agnelle. She apologises profusely for any problems with orders being mis-sized. Anyone affected should email her to have the order rectified. Her email address is marlene@agnelle.com.

    Cheers

Received my pair today and I'm delighted with them!

I would say that they're true to size - I'm normally a size large in Timberland gloves and Dents if that helps.

I've a sz Large in a pair of Zara only worn once, cost £24.99 new, looking for £15 ONO if anyone is interested.

Darth was English, the talented Dave Prowse - many villanous roles including Hammer pics as well as the Green Cross Man. Voice of DV was James Earl Jones. Agree about the dark side having the best gear though, I've got the Master Replicas Vader helmet with Hayden Christensen signature!

:)) I meant because of James Earl's voice! I didn't see Darth escorting young Jedi's across the road on Tatooine :D

How are we liking the gloves? Aside from being SA, would you say it's something that's going to see some wear and usage over the holidays? :)

Yup, I reckon so. Feel more robust than the lining-free Skyfall Dents, and not as bulky as my pictures suggest! Def not as unwieldy as some ski gloves I have.

Agree 100% on Meesta Bawnd's comment. Mine arrived yesterday, are spectacularly comfortable and true to size, and do not feel like you're wearing mountain / skiing gloves. Those of you on the fence go for them, will combine better with less formal attire.

    Now, on to those Mulberrys...

Another shout out 'thank you' to Meesta Bawnd this time, for his efforts around bring these Solden gloves back on the market {[]

Tried mine on today and they are a perfect finish and fit. I'm a long time wearer and fan of Dents gloves, but these are something different and will be my go-to proper cold weather gloves.

For those on the fence on these - and I really was re. the quitted pattern style - the gloves look very good in person, the lambskin provides great dexterity and feel, rucking nicely at the wrist for good movement, especially if like most of us here a big divers watch is being worn. The Alpaca wool lining is also very comfortable, but I have yet to road-test them in proper cold weather yet.

I just hope Agnelle re-stock these, as I would actually like to get a pair or two more! :D

Yup - I'll add my thanks to Blair too. They are really excellent gloves, perfect fit and if you're on the fence I also say go for it. If it ever gets cold enough to wear them I'll be pleased! (NY last week was virtually t-shirt weather, here in the UK at the moment it's been the warmest December for years!)

Anyone in the U.S. Still waiting for their gloves to be delivered? I ordered on December 2nd and can see that they made it to customs in France on the 8th. No tracking info past that date ...

Depending on the method of delivery you should still be able to track the gloves. See if the tracking number shows up in USPS tracking.

For those that have the Agnelle gloves and are getting good wear from them, do you find the leather stretches and conforms to your hands? I ask because I purchased 2 pairs, one in a size 8 and one in an 8.5. The 8s fit me snugly but were my recommended size based on Agnelle's size chart, while the 8.5s have a more comfortable fit right off the bat. But if these stretch a bit, perhaps I should stick with the 8s.

    Kind regards,
    Craig

Craig, I got a 8.5 as per their measurements. Were snug but have stretched nicely to be a perfect fit. Persevere with the smaller size
