Has it been confirmed that the 51mm ones are the SA ones? I want to order these too, but I don't know whether its the 51 or 53, I haven't seen it confirmed anywhere (apologies if it has)

Asked my TF person on Monday and he said 51. They were spot on with the Snowdons being Red Havana, so I'll trust that 51 is the right size.

You're saying just go through the TF Milan store and prices will be about the same?

I guess my issue is that I'll have to pay import duties in the US if I have shipped from Milan here. Selfridges seems like maybe the best option if I'm actually going to pick the thing up (can just go downstairs to collect the VAT refund info).

Yes if collecting then I guess def the best way to avoid import charges
Ahh decisions decisions. Do I go with the Sharkskin or the Micro Check 3-Piece? Probably not going to do the PTS. Any other JB suits avail. at Selfridges that I'm not seeing?

Is the grey stripe still there?? The navy Sharkskin is really nice, I'm not a fan of the check 3 piece (if its the one thats in the film for a tiny amount of time at the end)

I don't think I see the grey stripe one. To confirm, this is the right sharkskin?

Already forked over the ungodly amount for the ivory dinner jacket at TF Beverly Hills :#

But I scored the only size 44 EU/34 US produced in the US (in Windsor cut this requires less alteration than my O'Connor/polo/etc. size 46 EU/36 US); looks like Selfridges only has bigger sizes.

Dont want to derail the thread but is the retail for TF sharkskin just cheaper at TF Milan (as opposed if i just ordered one through my local TF?)
I havent been to my local TF in a while but my local Neiman Marcus had the sharkskin but it was like $3800 and i would definitely nab one if i could find it cheaper.

Italy is a lot cheaper then UK - I paid £1600 GBP (I'm outside the EU so no VAT) Most of the stuff from TF is made in Italy so presume thats why and of course the exchange rate

i dont get charged import fees though so always that risk

Wump wump looks like I gave my size away too soon. Finally went to check out anddd 36 was gone :(

Guess I could do the mini-check suit at the end for £2,349 or $3,532, but it's just a lot and I already have a windsor 3-piece with a similar pattern :/ PTS would be £1844 or $2,772... hmm...

Maybe I'll try the Milan route. My blouson/polo from there were <EUR 2k combined.
