Greetings, fellow Bond enthusiasts . . .

Just wondering if anyone's managed to get their hands on a copy of The Ian Fleming Miscellany, which the History Press was meant to release on Nov. 12. I ordered a copy from Amazon UK but now see that it's "Temporarily Out of Stock." Does anyone know if the book's actually been released?

I also ordered a copy months ago and have been getting the same information from Amazon. According to the History Press website it was published and is available, although I haven't actually tried to order one from them.

In the U.S. it says 2016, but the book has been published and is currently being sold by the publishers (The History Press" through their website. Amazon UK still says November 12th but as anyone who has ordered it knows, there's a supply issue and they're not even offering a shipping date yet. I would assume that there's just some delay between THP and Amazon UK and that it will hopefully ship soon.

I was just on The History Press website and the book is now listed as a 'pre-order' (although the publication date is still listed as 12NOV). I have elsewhere read that THP's other Bonb book "Some Kind of Hero" sold out of its initial print run and is now awaiting the second printing. I'm thinking that that's what happened here with the Fleming Miscellany, although it's frustrating for me as I ordered my copy about 6 months ago.

I just received word from Amazon UK that my copy has shipped!
