With No Funds To Buy the Omega watch I tracked down this tapered milanese band with a brushed finish from Strapcode to capture the vibe of the NTTD watch. I previously had this on a fine mesh band but I think this one checks boxes just right. Very comfortable and well worth the purchase. Debating trying it out on my SKX007 but for sure this is a winner for me.

My second custom shirt from Cerise arrived today, this one is pale blue, cocktail cuffs, ending up being around $40 with discounts and I'm thrilled with it, took less than two weeks to arrive. It works for me, here is the website if anyone else wants to give it a go:
I don't know the answer to that, they have a lot of options and patterns, are you talking about the short sleeve shirt with epaulettes? I've gone with pretty standard dress shirts plus the cocktail cuffs, one white one pale blue, both very nice for the price. They have many upgrades as far as fabric and patterns, just take a look around.

I wasn't asking a question; I went through their site and put together a facsimile of the short sleeve white Bahamas arrival shirt (with epaulets) and was letting the thread know )
Not sure if this is the place to post it since it’s not technically a Bond outfit but I have found what I believe to be an excellent alternative for the suit Daniel Craig was wearing at the photo call in Italy. It is from Burton and I’ve attached comparison pics and a link. It’s quite a nice summer blend and hopefully we will be able to enjoy wearing it in a couple of months! I also have a 20% discount code if anyone does wish to purchase the suit. A warning though, it is a very slim fit so I would size up one on the trousers and maybe jacket depending on how you wear your suits.

Unfortunately not that I know of, they are a really unique colour. I can’t even find any like them really.
Next are only allowing a certain number of orders on their website per day. Once this number has been reached, you cannot place an order until the next day. This is why items may show as unavailable in all sizes, even though they have them in stock.
This looks great, thanks very much for sharing. Glad there are so many great searchers for these alternatives out there in the absence of Iconic Alternatives.

No problem, although I think I've only added one or two things to this thread! I have just updated my cardigan post about online orders from Next, which I meant to mention yesterday.
Has anyone heard anything from Iconic Alternatives/canoe2? I keep thinking it will become active again, I hope with his move to NY he has stayed safe and healthy.
I've been wearing Orlebar Brown swimming shorts since we spotted them in Skyfall and absolutely love them.
Anyway I came across this brand recently and decided to try them out:
I ordered a pair in Navy for a holiday back in December and have since ordered another pair because I was so impressed.
I believe i paid round 65 dollars for a pair which is around a 3rd of what Orlebar Brown will charge you.
2 things to mention:
1. These are absolutely identical in design to the OB shorts - the sizing is also the same so if you know your size in OB then go for the same size with these - the length of the leg is slightly longer than that of the OB "setter" (Bond) model but shorter than the "Bulldog model.
2. The material is more like a thicker "neoprene" material which is super comfortable but takes longer to dry than the OB material. However these are actually more comfortable due to the thicker material and I find myself wearing them more like normal shorts rather than just swim shorts.
Just wanted to get these out there - especially as we are coming into season now.
Highly recommended.
PS when you order one pair you'll receive a 20% discount by email for the 2nd pair.

Just want to +1 this and say that I have three pairs of these Cove Five swim shorts and they feel and look great! By the end of the summer I'm sure I'll own every color haha.
Edit: The links I posted seem to just take you to the main Debenhams page for some reason. The two boots I suggested as the Islay alternatives are called the Loake Bedale and Bosworth (the two-tone one), and you can find them by searching for the names. The ones I bought are the Loake Pimlico in dark brown leather, which are a similar style to the Crockett & Jones Tetbury, also worn in Skyfall, but mine are brown rather than black.
Trying to talk a custom shirt site into doing a Bond tab collar as a normal option for ordering, anybody have more precise info on the collar size?
Using these images as a guide i'm leaning towards 8.5cm collar points, 5cm back height, and stressing that the tab should be short to help create the roll the collar has.
How far off am I and is there something else I should mention? Any and all help appreciated and welcome )
If anybody is interested i bought some boots from this company in UK, not totally sure but i believe they're used in the new Bond film although maybe not the same colour , theres a 20% discount on checkout which brings them down to £103 delivered UK . I must say they're an absolute steal at that price and very comfortable . https://www.stuartslondon.com/duke-flex-whiskey-p45374#attribute%5B1%5D=258
Stuarts is a great store - always have great stock and do some brilliant sales - always worth keeping an eye on. Astorflex are brilliant, know they make shoes for a lot of other stores (J.Crew for instance) but I'm not sure if they make shoes for Drakes - definitely plausible though. Regardless they're great looking boots - nice find.
I believe the SA boots are Drakes, but style wise those are very close, the SA are also dark brown which have been very difficult to find in the Astroflex. Nice discount on those though, they are great looking boots. Sorry for the duplication on that answer, I had not read all the way through the thread yet.
J. Crew also sold the Astroflex under their own brand name in a gray color and I have those, had a shoe guy die them dark brown and they are incredibly comfortable to wear, there are some pics earlier in this thread.

Do you have a link to the one you purchased? This is the item I was looking at from there: https://www.strapcode.com/products/mesh-mb-fyb041
I was also looking at the Staib bands as well, but the strapcode procducts seem to have a good reputation.

I'd love to know whose boots he's wearing. I don't think they've ever been identified.

Brand Alley in the UK have a Rag and Bone sale on as we speak. Mulberry too if you need to curry favour with the other half in order to spend.
Got a couple of henleys in there for about £50 / $61.
None left in my size sadly, but there are some lovely looking polos and more in there, worth a look for sure.
