Sadly, the reviews aren’t great: several people describe some good components put together poorly or with bad QA. WMT gets similar feedback at twice the price (and I’m not a fan of the vintage acrylic dome). There are some other no-brand Seiko mod watches in the same boat that are at least priced much less and some respectable brand’s versions that just miss the mark for me (like Steinhart). I’m starting to come around to the value in the Univex/ Transworld - if nothing else, it is assembled in the US by a former Rolex service manager and they seem to take a lot of pride in their product. Time to start saving my pennies ….

That Tiger brand seems cheap and suspect. I wouldn't waste my money on them.

I know the brand get slated but the Invicta 1953 is one of the closest Connery Rolex Homages IMHO.
