And I'll just leave this here to see what you guys think ....
Nice review! They also approached me for a review, but I declined to review since Bond never wears these. It bothers me that a lot of people are promoting garza fina grenadine ties by saying that Connery wore them as Bond. Nevertheless, they seem like very nice ties.
Just a small note, but Lazenby's Bond never wears a grenadine tie. He's a knitted tie man!

Oops! Thanks Matt! I could have sworn Lazenby was wearing a gren with his DB blazer. But I checked your article, and yep: it's also a knit! I'll fix that right away.
Aklasu approached me because their burnt orange tie was getting traffic from my post on alternatives for the TF Morocco tie. They offered to send me that one and then also included the navy. So I thought it was only fair to review both. But I did want to make it clear that the Aklasu ties are the garza fina, and Bond wore garza grossa.
I also have the Gagliaridi jacket which is nice but is a little too padded in the shoulders and long in length for me. This jacket is cotton and is very light weight in a slim fit and I managed to get a short version(Next clothing may not be of the highest quality but I prefer their sizing and they are relatively reasonable prices for those of us looking to get budget items).
There are three internal pockets and working buttons on the sleeves. I'll use the spare button to get a third buttonhole added to the front.
About to go in on the Badgery Belts Queenslander. I'm a 33 pants size. What length do I want for the DC look?
I'm a 32/33 and I went with a 38 in the belt. It's a little short for the full on DC look. So I would go up to a 40 or even 42.
I think you'll be fine, especially if you want that longer, doubled back look. I can just barely double back my 38 and it depends on the pants I'm wearing and where that first belt loop is positioned. I'm fine with the size I ordered, but in retrospect I wish I had gone with a 40.

New one from Massimo Dutti: https://www.massimodutti.com/us/men/blazers/herringbone-slim-fit-linen-blazer-c680503p7843001.html?colorId=710
Here I am trying it on:
I'll be updating that post (and a ton of others) next week!
Twitter: @mybudgetbond1
It's sold out online already in the U.K., although they had a few in my local branch in guildford, Surrey. It's a very good alternative though.
Cheers

One you may want to check out fast is this one from Perry Ellis:
It's a suit jacket and it's a poly/viscose blend. But the color is damn close and PE is having a sale right now, so the price is $52.00!
Solden jacket for $61.25

And a decent alternative for the Moncler from TGWTDT from Boss for $161. Only size 44 left in this one:

Harrington Jacket (some decent new options!):

and QoS cardigan (not so many decent new options):

I definitelty think the Rodd & Gunn linen blazer is a very worthy budget alternative as well. Currently 30% off too!

Taking mine to a tailor next week to get altered to a more SA fit and get SA pick stitching added.
Thanks! I looked for it but couldn't find it on their site again. Appreciate you sharimg the link!
Edit: I see my problem. You need to be on the correct country site to see it.

There's some really nice options out there right now. And that Mango one that disappeared is back in their Outlet store.

Alternative for the globetrotter suitcase of Dc's
Want!!!
Will be added to the post with credit!
Nice aren't they, they're made by steam line luggage for reiss and even come in grey too
And there was me thinking I was going to get some abuse for posting another reiss alternative
A pity it doesn't exist in dark brown.
