You're not the only one mate, I feel the same way about CR. Though, it did pick up once they hit Montenegro I will admit. There were some very fun moments.

It's a great movie, but QOS and SP thrill me more!
I would rank the DC films as follows:
1. Spectre
2. Skyfall
3. Casino Royale
4. Quantum Of Solace
The top two I adore, the others, not so much.
For me it most likely goes:
1) SP
2) SF
3) QoS
4) CR
I will admit that, objectively, CR is a groundbreaking movie. But on a personal level, it just doesn't thrill me too much and I have some criticisms of it, although like any criticism of a Bond film, it's based on my subjective criteria of what I like and dislike.

I was having this discussion with a friend yesterday. He hasn't been too keen on any of the Craig films apart from Casino Royale. However, I was arguing that CR-SP is possibly the best run of four films in the series so far. I think it probably narrowly beaten by DN-TB in my opinion.
I think someone once posted a good consecutive trilogy for Bond films. That being said, I would nominate the following groups of three (in order of preference):
A View To A Kill
The Living Daylights
Licence To Kill
Wadsy, those are some very good trilogies indeed. I can see you're not a Brosnan fan, but my favorite run might actually be GE-TND-TWINE in terms of sheer enjoyment and no major issues.
I'm just not a huge fan of TLD (issues with taliban), FYEO (issues with Bibi Dahl), and FRWL (issues with slow nonsensical plot) and that puts a damper on each trilogy that you mentioned.
My current 10 favorite:

I don't rate Brosnan's films very highly on an individual basis, but as a collective, I actually agree with you.
Funnily, I consider Moore's first two films to be my least favourites where most people would indicate his last two. I think his films got better over time due to having three directors during his reign as Bond. Besides Goldfinger, I dislike Guy Hamilton's directing style. Lewis Gilbert is pretty good, though a tad unrealistic and John Glen perfects everything for me.
Yeah, I don't like any of the Brosnan films except Goldeneye. I can sit through The World Is Not Enough as there are some memorable parts for me, but the other two are not for me.
