Told But not Seen

Here is a question.
What's the Bond story/scene which is mentioned only but you want to see.
I have always wanted to know what Bond and M got up to in Tokyo, mentioned in FRWL.
Also, love to see the background of how Bond gave Valentin that limp mentioned in GE, shooig him and stealing his girl.

That would be great to use as part of a story, updated to today. I wonder if somehow this short story and "From A View to a Kill" could be combined into a film? Kind of like how "For Your Eyes Only" and "Risico" were combined to make the film FYEO.
M to Bond in LALD. All we are told is that the Italians "seem to be missing one of their agents, a Miss Caruso" who is of course in Bond's bed when M knocks Bond's door at an indecently early hour. There was originally going to be a PTS with 007 chasing a bad guy through a garden. Said bad guy jumps over a wall, which unfortunately for him led to a drop from the top of a building. There's definitely a story there!

Flashback scenes in a Bond film don't seem right. It makes me think of the flashback scenes in Roger Moore's film Street People, with Roger Moore playing his own dad.

In OHMSS, do you mean the flashback from 10 seconds earlier of Tracy being dragged away? And the dart gun in the centrifuge? I never really thought of those as flashbacks since they're only reminding us of or reinforcing something we already saw in the film. They're not taking us to the past or showing anything new. They're more for mood. But I get your point. Just a few seconds of Bond and Oberhauser together as children in Bond's head may have been a good idea.
