Yeah, that's right, just the throat latch. My jacket is a medium, if that makes a difference, and in olive. I'm in the US, but wouldn't necessarily be opposed to outside shipping.
I misplaced mine about a year ago. I had to send the jacket in to Barbour anyway and they said I could get another one for free, but things didn't go as planned--no leather backing, no holes cut into it, and I'm not sure the shape is right. They were supposed to move the neck buttons forward a little so it wouldn't fit as snugly, but I think they got confused when I cancelled another alteration.

Have you tried reaching out to one of the local Barbour stores to see if they had any spares? I think there's a listing here:

Unfortunately, yeah. I don't actually have any Barbour stores around me, but I went through one of the Chicago stores when I sent it in while I was visiting. The girl there was pretty confident the factory could send me a spare, but I think she over estimated their capabilities. I think the triangle they did send me is actually the kind they use when "opening up" the back, which I guess is really common on these jackets.
Calling the stores is a good idea though. Hadn't thought of it. Thanks. I know it's the same thing they use for the Commander jacket, which they had a ton of while I was there, so I'm kind of surprised they don't keep a few extra around.
Anybody got an extra one?
Why don't you email Barbour and see if they can help you?
I have a few times over the years.
One would think. I tried again a couple weeks ago. For whatever reason, the email ends up going to the repairs center, and they tell me they can't make one. Which, you know, wasn't what I was asking them for... I imagine customer service is better in the UK.
These weird sort of disconnects seem to happen to me whenever I try communicating with them. I don't have a store near me, either.
