    Many Bond movies are based on real-life villains. Quantum stands for those like Nestle, Carver's new network was equivalent of News Corp... the list goes on.

    Also good news for the UK, as parts are sitting under a foot or so

    There are companies very much like Quantum that's bought the rights for the water supply in very poor countries. As a result people in slums have been fined for collecting rain water in buckets :#
