I just watched the Graham Norton Show and Laura Mvula was performing her latest song "Overcome" I thought she was awesome she reminded me a lot of Shirley Bassey (who I know was linked to Spectre at one point) and thought she would be perfect to sing a Bond theme song with a modern yet quite familiar sound.
Unfortunately it seems she's already recorded on the soundtrack for The Man From U.N.C.L.E which kind of highlighted for me she definitely would do a good job of it, listening to her old music now and I think it's fantastic! .....

If it was announced they were recording a new theme song sometime this year I personally couldn't pick anyone who would get anywhere near her right now. Probably the best and most unique music I've heard for a long time.
