Daniel Craig's On Set Spectre Shirt Box Help Needed

I got these boxes direct from a crew member who was the driver for the props, they are empty and I'm trying to identify what shirt would have been in them, any help appreciated, I'm thinking the ev/plt stands for evening/ pleated but I'm just guessing.

    Based on the "EV/PLT" I think it Tuxedo shirt, although the code doesn't exactly match that of the one that TF was selling its close.
