Post a brand you wish Bond would wear

Looking through my closet, I realized that I've been gifted or purchased several decent (budget) alternatives for some good Bond stuff (Solden jacket, Morocco OB shirt, Topman chinos which would be fun to make a post out of some day).

But I wondered how awesome it would be if Bond wore a cool brand that I already own.

My pick would be Civilianaire.

Bradley Cooper wore their henley in The Hangover Part 3.

I could imagine Bond wearing one.... very Mikael Blomkvist.

Although the brand's specialty is denim and casual shirts (and even a Y3 alternative though even that's a bit of a stretch) I've basically been spoiled by Civilianaire's henleys, as I can't find an affordable henley that looks as good as these... its probably the buttons that set it apart but still its awesome. Got a great deal on them (a 50% off sale in 2014, and sometimes they have sample sales for some cheap stuff) but I'm always looking for quality awesome henleys. At affordable prices of course.

What would be your pick of an awesome brand (preferably one you own) that you'd love to see Bond wearing?
Yes. Consssssiderably.

I don't know which particular brand, but I'd like to see Bond wearing suits from a British tailor again.

I think the wardrobe department for Craig's Bond has done a really good job of mixing in a broad range of brands that we mere mortals can afford (or at least realistically aspire to affording). Zara, J.Crew, N.Peal, Billy Reid, Sunspel, Barbour, Acne, Topman, Levis, the list goes on. If I had two general wishes, they would be:

    1. Like Jellyfish said, go back to a British tailor for the suits and dress shirts (although I understand why this may not be practical).
    2. Stop having Tom Ford create pieces that are obviously "inspired by" perfectly good originals. Just use the originals: Moncler, Oliver Peoples or Ray Ban or Persol, Baracuta, Sunspel. I think we all understand that Bond movies are a business, and product placement is a big part of that, but sometimes it gets a little ridiculous.

What brand would I like to see him use? Vedoneire, just because I like the company. Based in Ireland, they make solid products at a good price and have great customer service. Maybe one of their gilets could work.

I second this, in my opinion SF nailed TF's usage by only using them for the suiting and a scarf if I recall. But it was a bit silly in SP imagining him walking into TF in London and literally clearing shelves off of clothes.

Funny you should say that donk....

Three reasons Russell Brand would be good for the James Bond franchise

It would clarify that Bond is a rotating identity: If M can be a woman, why can't James Bond be Russell Brand?
No other performers could be nearly as cool and broodingly suave as Brand.
It would give Russell Brand a chance to play a lover, as well as a fighter.

Private White VC - Good British made brand of medium to high end casual clothing B-)

Anderson & Shepherd - One of the big boys of Savile Row with a solid rep and history.

Plus back to Turnbull & Asser where any right thinking Englishman would shop for shirts, ties and pocket squares :007)
