Much more floral/paisley than the ED shirt, IMO. The pattern is much denser.

Paper Denim and Cloth did a great close-enough a couple of years ago. Keep looking, I'm sure another alt. will come along. Trick is to find something with a matt-look cotton, soft and not shiny.

I agree with the pattern density. I don't particularly like this shirt as shown.

Color is off too. I bought one from Steel & Jelly last year. They might still be available, but I'm having a heck of a time finding them. The color, softness, and density was spot on. No pockets and a button collar though. I ended up buying 2 of the shirts so that I could get s tailor to make pockets out of the other shirt's material. Haven't done the alteration yet, but my tailor said she could do it for 40$. I spent 20$ on each shirt, so still far less than the currently available Magnoli version, though not completely SA. There was a thread on here somewhere that brought light the the S&J alternative.

Edit: after looking back through some posts, it might have been you who suggested the S&J alternative armenianmovieman!
