WIP - SPECTRE Q Branch Ring Scanner

Hi guys,

Well it's been a long time since I brought anything to the table as it were so here goes with a cute little prop you see on screen a couple of times and for a few mere seconds, but non the less a nifty little gadget.

This is my first attempt at this prop and I'll be making a few changes to get closer to screen accurate, namely a bit more detail and hopefully a little more diffusion of the lighting.

But in the meantime, enjoy in all its green glowy gloriousness.

could try it but the circuit draws more than 5v.

I'll see if i can try it and see how bright it is, but I'm guessing it won't light up at all without swapping out the resistors.

The intention of the prop is to act as a base for people to display their rings on ya see, so the idea was to have it self contained.

Just tell yourself it's wifi... yeah, that's it, wifi ;)

Lol I wasn't even thinking to have the UDB act as power but that a good idea. Just assumed the screen used one would have had a usb connector on the side for Q to plug it in. Really is amazng and best way to display a a ring I have seen yet!

Well it is possible that he could be photographing his knees? but try as I might I can't come up with a nice description of the thing in the middle? It's either a heavily battered/bruised & withered Johnston or a dried up spud? :s

my email address changed from .com to .co.uk a long time ago when I accidentally got locked out of my old address, I updated my details on here and thought everyone was aware of it.

shipment? we've not done business for a very long time kan, think it was the tears of allah that it bought from you wasn't it?

contact me by email, my pm box here has been full for ages and I've yet to get round to emptying it all out.
