For the first time we get news from The Other Place for the Exeedingly aAccurate and Incredibly True Thread:
RESPECTRE.
The spectre-acular sequel to SPECTRE. This time it's personal.
Sources say that the title is a clever reference to not only the previous 007 extravaganza, but also to Rami Malik's character - a South London 'Gangsta', and his unquenchable thirst for R-E-S-P-E-C-T. "Are you dissin' me, bruv? You show some respectre, ai?".
Apparently, in anticipation of the film's reception, they are filming back-to-back with Bond 26, whose title I can also exclusively reveal today:
DISRESPECTRE
Plus, In 2022, acclaimed British director, Christopher Nolan, will take up the Bond franchise, making Bond 27 a reboot set in 1960s:
RETROSPECTRE
Exciting.

We know by now that EON is planing a major press event on Thursday and Friday this week. Many of us assume it's the press conference, but that's not completely true. It's only press conference related. On Thursday EON will have a press conference in Jamaica (the weather is very nice there this time of the year) informing the press that the press conference has been delayed for an indefinate time. On Friday the producers and Daniel Craig will tweet that they are bursting with pride to announce the release date has been moved to November 2020. On Saturday a professor of Media and PR at the University of Hollywood will say in an interview that EON's marketing strategy is genius. In spite of the many years between actual film they have managed to keep interest in the Bond franchise high in the media and especially in fan forums by constantly revealing new delays. :007)

Are you sure about that? I heard from a reliable source that because of a tight budget, to save some money for action scenes they just told the cast to just bring some clothes from home, they can decide what their character wears.

I heard they already blew the budget completely on the deductible for Craig's accident insurance ...

Bad news indeed! The injuries will probably slow down his training to learn how to drive stick, as we all know it requires the use of the clutch pedal. The training has gone one since early 2006 and was now nearly finished.
The production of Bond25 was saw another scandal yesterday when a SWAT team raided Pierce Brosnan's house in California. We all know the production has seen a lot of problems. We can mention the change of directors well into the production, problems with the script, the amateurish press event on Goldeneye, Craig's knee injury and most recently the explosion in Pinewood.
It's been so plagued by problems the usually mild-mannered (or just well-mannered) and pro-Craig British tabloid The Sun has started calling Bond25 "cursed". The recent development has given rise to suspicions that the tabloid has an inside source in the Brosnan family.
Police now link those many mishaps in Craig's Bond movies and the actor's lack of success in non-Bond movies to some of the items found in Brosnan's house. "Exceedingly accurate and incredibly true rumours" has been able to find actual police photos from inside the luxurious house:
Pierce Brosnan was actually seen buying voodoo needles last week, but the actor just mumbled something about being "a huge fan of LALD" when asked. One of the biggest needles was found by the police lodged deep in the knee of the life-sized doll of Daniel Craig. Pierce Brosnan or his lawyers have not yet commented when asked about the police findings.
For some time now there's been talk about Rami Malek's character is actually doctor No. This thread can now confirm this incredibly true rumour. The character's name is Safin and the script reveals how he got the famous last name. During his childhood Safin's mother most used words were: "Safin, no!" Both the neighbours and the little toddler believed Safin No was his full name, and since the last name has stuck.
Obviously his childhood will be very important in NTTD, especially since Safin bullied James Bond all through kindergarden. When asked if they considered writing a villan who didn't have a personal connection to Bond and particularely his childhood, the screenwriters gasped in horror: "No! That would og against everything we learnt as screenwriter school and the style we have established for Craig's Bond."
The story about composer Dan Romer leaving the production is also exeedingly accurate. EON has decided they can cut cost by re-using Newman's score from SPECTRE, note for note. In SPECTRE only 78% of the score was taken from Skyfall, something EON now calls "an unbelievable waste of time and money."

im loving the idea that Dr. No is back, and that the Bond films have made a huge circle and have ended up back to the beginning, with Dr No. If somehow NTTD seamlessly connects to Connery's DN film, it would be brilliant, and a fitting 'end' to the original character in my opinion. Then 007 starts all over with a totally new concept i guess.
I don't love the idea of Dr No in NTTD. Thanks for the input, but I should tell you this thread is a parody thread. Most of what we write here is for comedy purposes and not because it has any basis in reality

Bond 25 is still scheduled for release in April 2020, but now the year 2020 is being delayed indefinitely!
Just Trump trying to avoid the next election.
I think the reason is even more sinister, it's EON.

It seems almost too obvious. ….
