Standard issue procedure for them especially since the majority of people are international orders, and while I dont for a minute dream anyone here would do such a thing its to prevent them against fraud. I happily sent them mine without much thought.

I was going to print it then scan it back in.

I think I took a photograph of mine and then sent photos of the passport and cc as well but photograph or a scan would be fine.

Jpeg images are just fine , I basically printed the form filled it in and then took a photo.

To be honest I'm not at all comfortable sending them my passport info. I've made plenty of purchases from overseas and not once has anyone ever asked for that before.

I'm going to have to pass on this.

Payment details sent - just awaiting confirmation all ok etc however ive used them many times.

Each to their own about what they are comfortable with sharing etc however I think many hotels all around the world have copies of my passport and credit card......
