NO.3 Gin in Skyfall and Spectre

Eagle eyed viewers may have spotted this Gin multiple times in Skyfall and once on screen in Spectre. I bought it a few years back at Berry Bros. & Rudd on St. James Street where its primarily sold. its pretty rare outside of the UK I think, I have only seen it once stateside at a bar in Virginia. Its also the Gin that's used to make the Vesper at Dukes Bar. Its a fantastic gin with a little Bond connection that would make a welcome addition alongside the Macallan's and Belevedere's in your collections. -{

    Here it is among M's collection, there's also a few bottles at the Tiki bar in Turkey. Its hardest to spot in Spectre though!

    This has been my 'special occasion' gin for about 5 or 6 years now. It's really nice but I only use it for special guests or when I feel like a special drink myself, the rest of my time I alternate between other favourite gins.

    It certainly is a 'Special occasion' Gin since unlike Tanqueray or Hendricks its seems to be near impossible to find outside the UK, but its worth it if you get it!

    I just picked up a bottle. There were 6 at my local LCBO. CDN$49.95.

    I also checked their website and apparently they have tons in stock in case anyone is visiting Toronto and wants to buy overpriced alcohol at the government run monopoly. :(

    Also plenty of it available in KW. At least at the flagship store in Uptown.

    Picked up another bottle at total wine about 30 minutes away today. Since the last post another spy series has taken a liking to this gin as well, with the latest Kingsman film getting their own limited release bottle. Anybody get this edition?

    Ever since my Total Wine opened 5 years ago I have been checking for No 3 (since they have EVERYTHING else) every time I go in, as recently as a month ago. When I saw Walther’s post yesterday I went to check again and sure enough mine had it too! Glad to see we now have it in the States...
