UEFA have finally decided that the Russian fans are out of control ! They have told the Russian Football Federation that any more violence inside the ground will result in Russia being thrown out of the tournament...all a little too late really...I'd take the World Cup off them.
Agreed, I'm not a football fan but from news reports . The Russian attacks are planned in advance.
and even Russian Government ministers have offered support to these hooligans.

So, they should take Russia the World cup off and Katar then as well?
Looking forward to seeing the World Cups 2018 and 2022 in Germany then
On a serious note, I fully agree with you but that won't happen.
With Infantino's recent moves - you see that nothing has changed at FIFA and they only care for themselfs and their money.

I really hope the Russians get kicked out of the Euros. Just go on with your rioting you idiots.

The only stupid thing is that UEFA are not counting violence outside the stadiums so imagine more fighting will continue and nothing will be done about it unless they are stupid enough to kickoff in the stadium again.

I can't believe that the 2022 World Cup was ever given to Qatar in the first place That is purely 'money driven' !
Many nations would be ready in time for 2018 alone !
Then you have Sepp Blatter claiming he's seen several European tournaments fixed - by using hot & cold balls in the draw )
And we have Joachim Löw playing his own game of 'scratch & sniff'
Pundits are Steve McManaman, Roberto Martinez and some American girl who I have never heard of. She claims its advantageous sometimes to lose the first game in a tournament ?:)

I see CR moaning in the press. Difficult to like this man
From the BBC:
The Real Madrid player refused to shake the hands of the Iceland players after the group match in Saint-Etienne.
"I thought they'd won the Euros the way they celebrated at the end," he said.
"It was unbelievable. We tried hard to win the game and Iceland didn't try anything. This, in my opinion, shows a small mentality and they are not going to do anything in the competition."
But former Iceland international Hermann Hreidarsson called Ronaldo "petty" and a "sore loser".
The former Ipswich, Charlton and Portsmouth defender, 41, told BBC Radio 5 live: "He thought he could have goals handed to him on a plate.
"If he would have worked as hard as every Icelandic player, he wouldn't have had to say anything because I'm sure he would have got his rewards.
First of all, if CR would have worked as much as every single Iceland player, he'd not had the breath for giving silly interviews
Secondly, Spiegel Online commented on that the right way: In a World of CR, there is only CL, Worldcup, Euro, winning titles, be the best of the best etc. So he's not able to empathise with someone being happy on a much smaller scale - in that case for not having been defeated by Portugal in an EU match
What an arrogant tw*t he his....

Just a quick note about the french policing of football fans , tonight they showed
the N.Ireland supporters drinking and laughing, and not a policeman in sight
"I've been informed that there ARE a couple of QAnon supporters who are fairly regular posters in AJB."
A hooligan leader dubbed 'Vasily the Killer' accused of orchestrating violence at Euro 2016 has denied being involved - because he was enjoying a break at his summer cottage.
Vasily Stepanov - who in his heyday wore a gum shield branded with his nickname 'killer' - issued a statement through his cousin saying the accusations were 'a lie'.
In fact, the notorious fighter, who has a Spartak Gladiator emblem tattooed across his chest, says he has turned his back on the hooligan lifestyle all together, because he is too busy being a father.

Yes, sometimes the very presence of the police at sporting events and rallies etc. merely serves to escalate the situation.

Sounds a bit like the "Russian Soldiers spending their holidays fighting in Ukraine" story some time ago.
I am hearing hat russian propaganda complains that the french authorities locked russian fans in the bus in Cannes for hours (with brutal air temperatures of 21 degrees and 36 inside of the bus ) but forget that the passengers refused to identify themselfs and preferred to wait the arrival of the russian embassador inside of the bus
As an evidence for the innocense of the passengers, there was a mid-60 year old man - unfortunately russian media "forgot" to mention who's shot that pic:
Alexander Schprygin, head for the russian supporters, a well known right wing radical with a history like that

It's estimated that around 30.000 Iceland supporters have been in the stadium - that's roughly 10% of their entire population {[] {[] {[]

No, in fact they go to these types of sporting events just to cause trouble and start a fight. They're not even remotely interested in the football!
A Liverpool player scoring softened the blow
