Looking for a CR Armani Leather Jacket alternative.

I know there are a couple of options out there. Hoping some users on this board have some insight into quality and alternatives.

I was looking and Indy's and Wested Leathers. Are there others out there that I should consider? Both those options seem to have thicker leather than what was seen in the film.

I had the Wested and didn't care for it at all. Color seemed too light and the thickness really took away from the jacket's attitude.

I briefly owned the original Armani and agree - the alternatives look kind of bulky.

On the original the lambskin is thin but super crazy soft, the jacket is also quite short

Yes, the real Armani seems to have very thin lambskin which is part of the entire appeal of the jacket so I'm looking to get something closer to that.

I gave up and got an Indy, paid for the better lambskin and gave jacket measurements (rather than body) from a very well fitting leather jacket, then lopped off 4 inches of length to get the top of trouser look.

For the price its a quality jacket. Of course nowhere near the Armani, but great fit and as close to the "look" as you'll get bar a bespoke replica or the real deal...
