I like that "Jonathan Hall" is listed twice on the wall in the film, and Jeff faithfully reproduced it! -{
Emma Peel? Can't remember that one ) Think Steed might get all teary eyed at that
In response to you eagle eyed fans;
"Your name is on the memorial wall of the very building you attacked.." NO IT AIN'T M!!
"Ronson didn't make it did he?" AND HE DIDN'T MAKE IT ON THE WALL EITHER!!
I did think about adding Tiago Rodriguez and Charles Ronson but research shots revealed only 3 columns of names and no spare space to put them. Additionally, all the names can be found and read in publicly available images, so there was absolutely zero chance of arguing 'the missing names' were just out of shot etc.
I do my best to get things screen accurate, and that includes mistakes made by production.
I did think about putting a repair patch in where Alec Trevellyn's name had been, but thought that 'crosses the streams' in the bond timeline, and anyone worth their salt knows that you never, ever cross the streams. (instant plutonic reversal)
The only thing that I couldn't find an answer for is the missing arrow. In some shots there's an arrow under 'James Bond' pointing to the left to guide Jim on his search for Madders. Still not sure if I should include it. I'll have to rewatch the scene and see if it made the final cut.

Beautiful, MG, did you 3D print the wall?
"...the purposeful slant of his striding figure looked dangerous, as if he was making quickly for something bad that was happening further down the street." -SMERSH on 007 dossier photo, Ch. 6 FRWL.....
Nope, 3D printing is cool but in my opinion it has its uses and isn't the golden bullet people think it is. Don't get me wrong, 3D printing is cool stuff but it has limitations, there's no way an affordable printer using PLA would achieve the fine lettering details.

Incredible 3D wasn't used! Laser cut lettering?

Hi guys. I'm new here, but have been following the site for quite a while. First, let me say there are some amazingly talented folk here, both veteran and new members alike - a few which have inspired and motivated me to try my hand at making specific props and strive for the same high quality. I've been a Bond fan since the mid-90s, but started making props in 2012. I am most comfortable making paper-based props, and have a lot of paper stuff in my collection, but being an art and craft guy, I also like to try and take parts from household items for use on the more 'dimensional' props. I thoroughly enjoy hunting down 'found' items - the journey can often be more fun than holding the prop in my hand. Occasionally I'll identify props on my own, which feels very rewarding.
Just a few things:
Props seen in exhibits, but (to my knowledge) not seen in the films:
I also make custom 'expanded universe' stuff, like these AVTAK business cards. The Tarantino's card is based on a real one, only I've changed the colours to match the workers' uniforms in the film.
I came across this King Industries CD on bondcollectibles.de. I couldn't spot it in the film, but thought it would be cool to replicate anyway. Credit to bondcollectibles.de.
I used the small image as a template and the oil background as a base. Because I scaled it up, naturally there was a lot of pixelation. This took many nights to smooth it out the best I could without losing too much detail. The logos were redone nice and sharp, and can be used on other props. Text on the back is taken from the King D-ring folder (except for the bottom line disclaimer).
Does anyone here own one of the actual CDs? It would be interesting to compare my interpretation with the real thing.
Cheers,
Andrew
Always have an escape plan. Mine is watching James Bond films.

Your work never ceases to astound me.
One name on the wall looks suspiciously like Emma Peel.
Shouldn't Ronson and Bond's names and maybe Silva's be carved into the wall? That's an oversight of the production team that has always bugged me.

Good to see the nosecone of Little Nellie is in the right place
My wedding coordinator informed me that the chandeliers at my wedding venue are screen USED from casino royale
Made me smile
Looks like it was in quite some significant scenes:
Congratulations on the wedding!
