For slander, someone has to tell an untruth about you which harms your reputation. So far, members here have merely questioned the veracity of what you are selling. I think any sensible prospective buyer has a right to kick the tyres on an item without being accused of slanderous or libellous behaviour, and that includes members of this site who look after one another. I'm not sure that your tactics will convince anyone otherwise until you post photos.

1. You are relatively new here and are selling pretty high value items
2. Your attitude as a seller it just bad. You want to sell, you follow the market.
If the market has concerns - you reply to that. If the market asks for clarification - you give it! If the market is asking for pics - you give them. If the market asks questions, you truely reply to them comprehensively.
Selling on AJB is a privilege and not a right - you should remember this and act accordingly.
3. You have actively seeking for those sunglasses (you say for another person - I don't believe you) some weeks ago - for a laughable price compared to what you are asking for now.
4. Now you come up with a story that you've owned those for a long time.
5. You mention accidently wiping off the "James Bond 007 TF108 19V etching by "cleaning them". That sounds incedibly careless and stupid on such a high value item. Why the need for cleaning solution when the sunglasses are new and unworn?
6. The stickers on the left lens is missing - it should be present on new sunglasses!
7. The packaging does not match with the real deal (It should read "Tom Ford James Bond 007") instead of "Tom Ford"
8. Your pics show everything from different angles but the most important part, the James Bond etching
9. As Asp 9mm, the proportions appear to be off by a mile
That's enough doubts imo to ban you but what tops it all is your attitude.

You've been caught with your bogus Luxottica connection - and if you have been really in the business, you'd have for sure kept the right packaging and treated the sunglasses in a way where the James Bond etching still would be present.

But you can ask anyone here on the board: I have a spotless reputation as a seller. If there is something in doubt - I provide comprehensive information (including pics) immediately.
