Yes I prefer a printed version of 007 magazine.
I'm not into the different gun types, but of the many potential actors for the Bond part, in the 1970s I liked
Michael Billington of TSWLMe and UFO TV series, and Michael Jayston (with the smooth voice) who was in Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy on BBC
and in the "lost" BBC episodes of the Quiller spy stories. (transmitted just before VHS video came along circa 1975.)
Does a recording exist-or was it wiped?
Bleuville.
I don't think it's available on DVD (or Blu-Ray) but it does seem it can be watched online.
Have you listened to the radio dramatisation of YOLT with Michael Jayston playing the role of Bond? Its very good:
Drop me a line and I'll find you a copy of it out if you haven't listened to it.
I was going to say that the other day. -{
