For Trade: Matchless Blouson size Small

I have a Matchless Craig Blouson in a size small that I would love to trade for a Billy Reid Peacoat in a size Small or Extra Small. Please PM offers to me and I'll reply in a timely manner. I thought I would wear this a lot more, but the color doesn't really suit me. I've worn it only about 4 times and 3 out of 4 times were for photos so I wasn't wearing it for more than 2 hours per time. I'm really interested in a BR peacoat, however, I'm open to offers for other Bond jackets. Thank you Gents!

Absolutely! The measurements are as follows ( inches)
Across the chest:19.5
Sleeve length:24.5
Shoulder to shoulder:18
Back length:24.5
It fits well and is super, super soft when comparing to the John Varvatos. It's also a bit thicker. Also for those interested it will of course come with the garment bag and hanger.

Thanks for the dimensions. Wow! I'm always surprised by how large some companies make a S when they don't offer an XS. I would have to get that tailored extensively, and that won't be easy or cheap. Good to know though. Thanks man.

No problem! But yes I agree, this jacket would be nicer if it was a tad smaller, but the one thing that I would have to compliment them on, is the fit of the back. It's hard to find a jacket that fits well in the back and gives it that curve and definition. I'm a smaller, slimmer guy and despite the slightly larger size of the jacket, I was pretty pleased with the way that it had fit. It is great quality and the shape is great, I just prefer to stick with dark colors.

Glad to hear about the quality. That's why I'm so disappointed about the sizing. I'm an XS to XXS in all the Bond jackets/clothing: Barbour XS (perfect fit), Menlo XS (room to grow, but great fit still), Sunspel (XXS). Haven't tried on the Billy Reid, but I'm gonna bet XS will work best. I grabbed the Topan alternative to the Matchless jacket in XXS, and it fits like a glove. Given that Matchless seems to size their clothing like Sunspel, I would probably need an XXS to fit me right now, or an XS to leave room to grow, but they don't make either . Probably go with Indy when it's time to upgrade.

I've never seen the Martchless in person, but I would jump on this offer if the sizing was right. I would suggest anyone else to do the same.

What size suit do you typically wear, and would you be willing just to sell the jacket rather than trade?

I would typically be a 36 (46IT) in a suit. I would be willing to sell, but kind of want to exhaust the trade possibilities first, but please PM me as I'm always open to offers. Thanks!
