The only items I tend to have on me most of the time are..

Keys, mobile phone and most of my trousers have some small plastic bags in the back hip pocket.
From walking the dog and having to clean up after him. Oh forgot my watch an Invictica "Rolex", look
A like.
I've never had a wallet, I like to spread money all over me well at least in different pockets.

Thankfully I don't live in a war zone, ghetto or fear a zombie apocalypse, therefore I just make sure I have on me is my £45 (ooh don't ya know) Parker Pencil...

Yes, I carry a pen/pencil and notebook too to jot down ideas for articles or for something I need to research further when I get home. I always take my keys, my wallet and usually my smartphone with me as well.
