I don't think they ran small. They were actually from the zara youth dept. So a xs fit like an xxs only because adults were trying to wear kids' shirts
This is one of Hart's ED shirts, not the SA Zara Young shirt. OP, since the sizing of these shirts was all over the place, can you provide some measurements? I have this shirt in an XXXL (or something with a few Xs in it, and it's equivalent to a L or XL). What's the size on the tag as well?

When these shirts were produced they ran to small ..so the XS would in reality be xxs ...
