Pierce starring in western series " the son". It was a pretty good book pullitzer prize finalist. It's a multi generational story in Texas. The guy that wrote the book was from New York but moved to Texas and learned how to shoot a bison with a bow and arrow and ate some of it raw . How's that for being authentic ?
