Thankyou. But in the article it just says that the suit has open patch pockets. There is no mention of the breast pocket?

I have never been able to get a good look at the breast pocket. It could just as likely be an open patch as it could be a welt pocket. Any time in the film that there's a shot of the jacket's left side of the chest, it's too fast to get a clean look at it. When I pause the film there it's always blurry, and the way the film is treated make it even more difficult to see. Bond on Set doesn't have any clear shots. It's one of those things I've never been able to find out. That it is such a casual suit suggests to me that it's another patch pocket at the chest, but a patch pocket on the chest might look strange with the ultra-high button stance that was so popular at the time.
