Notice how the card holder slot openings in the GE wallet appear to run parallel to the folding axis. The card holder slot openings in the wallet on display run perpendicular to the folding axis. At least, that's the way I'm seeing it. Let me know if I'm seeing it wrong. If it isn't the GE wallet, that doesn't rule out it being a different Broz era wallet (or any other Bond era wallet), but it would make one think that it could be a QoS wallet since, I think, some of the cards in the wallet are from QoS? Don't we see both the Amex and the Universal Exports cards in QoS?

Also SC has a wallet in DAF containing his PB Club card, that wallet has brass corner protectors. But not the same as TDs above. Coincidently I know a man who can supply the PB Cards (proper ones not cardboard laminated as seen on Ebay)

Oh that.. that's the QoS wallet of course ) canoe2, you are the man! I literally watched through QoS when I got home for any signs of his wallet. I stared at DC's ass for a good 2 hours looking for any sign of a wallet in his pocket until I realized he put his Amex card back into his right front pocket (the pocket he pulls out his wallet from in the scene you show). I then went back through the movie and found only one sign of a wallet shape in his pocket, but totally skipped over that part of the scene you found it in! ) I feel obligated to share my findings:
1. He seems to like keeping his phone in his back pocket:

I was going from memory when I said about the archive book, I forgot that I had a copy on a memory stick (Thanks Ed x) But this don't look the same either, the one on display doesn't seem to have the extra card slots in the middle.

Some better pics. Looks more like a leather covered money clip than a wallet. Or one of those money clip/card holder hybrids. Lots of cash exposed. He also takes it out of his front pocket in the scene.

Does anyone know if TF did a moneyclip/credit card holder for the 2007/08 season? Based on the pics and the way the money is folded and showing, I don't think it's a wallet/billfold. More something like this:
