N Peal Sizing

I wanted to get opinions on sizing for N Peal sweaters. I am 6'2", about 190 pounds. I have broad shoulders (I wear between a 40 (50 EU) and a 42 (52 EU) jacket) but have a relatively small waist (I wear 32 inch pants). I often buy Large sweaters because of my height and arm length; however, certain Medium sweaters fit me. I am wavering between buying a Large or a Medium in a few N Peal sweaters. I realize the easy answer would be to buy both sizes and return one; however, I live in America, so would prefer not to have to buy multiple sizes just to incur the cost to ship them back to the UK.

I have watched David Zaritsky's videos on the topic and have seen a few others on YouTube, but they all have different builds than I. If anyone has bought any of the N Peal sweaters from Skyfall or Spectre and has guidance on how each size fits, or if anyone is about my size and has a recommendation, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

Hi, I am pretty much identical bar a 34 waist.
Depends which model you are after
The turtleneck I went M after speaking to Npeal, but they custom made it with longer sleeves.
M in cable roll neck and same in Skyfall sweater.
I was going to go for L in the turtle neck until I spoke to the store due to length.
My advice is to give them a buzz, they will give you full exact measurements for each model, and custom make for you at no extra cost

I went to the n peal store in Burlington gardens London and tried on all the bond sweaters
I am 6ft:1in 42in chest 33in waist
The medium fitted me the best' not too tight or baggy! but the arms were too short ( my arms are a bit longer than average.
They will do alterations for free and extend the arms it takes 4 to 6 weeks.
Maybe give them a call they are very helpful

Just for reference I'm a large in the Levi's Menlo' Barbour dept b'. Matchless' billy reid and medium in John varvatos

I'm 6'3 have a 44" chest and 35" waist and in the mock turtleneck have a L, fits perfectly with a fitted look.

I need to figure out my size as well as I plan to order the NTTD sweater day one. I also really like TLD fisherman's sweater.

I'm in the same position like you but I'm not in a big stress as the sweater won't be a limited edition it will be possible to make an exchange if needed

I'm in the same position like you but I'm not in a big stress as the sweater won't be a limited edition it will be possible to make an exchange if needed

I'm not overly concerned with it selling out, just looking forward to the VIP email and would rather get the correct size once. B-)

Oh yea I often check out his videos. Great stuff. His Bond man cave is spectacular.

For reference - I’m 5’10 61kg, 14 3/4 collar and take an XS in the Oxford jumper and S in one of the cable knits... tried on S in store for Oxford, massive!
