EXPENSIVE TRIAL AND ERROR for your viewing

So, I figured I would impart some data that I gained today while trying a DIY project.
Just as some data, I really like the tabbed collar TF shirt from Skyfall and just as some data, you are not able to purchase this shirt unless through their MTM program. However you can find non-white tabbed collar TF shirts from Tom Ford all over the internet.
Back to the trial and error.
I decided to buy a pink/white check TF tabbed collar shirt in my size and some bleach. Yes I do know that the clothing tab says "no bleach" however I was curious.
So I gave it a swing and low and behold the color of the shirt did not change, despite the color of my cheap t-shirt changing and after about 1 hour of sitting in (cough) pure (cough) bleach it started basically melting.
But, I have you know that the color remained (which is odd for a 100% cotton shirt) despite the disintegration. Well done Mr. Ford, well done
Since there has been no post on the internet about this I could find I figured I would impart the data to you so that you do not make the same f&%king expensive trial and error in hopes of not spending silly money on a shirt.
Hell, I did get an extra Tom Ford label and I did save the tabbed collar so my tailor can make some and attach it to my existing white TF shirts so I guess not all that bad -{
