    2 years ago i used sizes 34 for pants and XL for shirt, dress shirts and jackets.
    i lost more than 30kg of weight and my sizes where 29 for pants and S for shirts, dress shirts and jackets.
    now i have up about 15kgs and my size in pants is 32 and for jackets is around M.

    so... all depends the offer of people i will change my size to S or if i need up to L.
