can someone help me? I've ordered one at Joint Services Clothing...jacket never arrived?! No response and money never refunded...buyers beware X-(

How long ago did you order it? I got some of the track pants from there a few years ago, took well over two months for me to receive the items and they weren't responsive in emails. But I did eventually receive them.

I strongly advise you to call Andrew and find where the problem lies.

Is a long wait typical of JSC?
I've been thinking about getting a fleece lined PTI jacket.

It takes usually 3 to 4 weeks.
But I advise you to call Andrew after you place your order to speed up the process.

Never had a problem with them always been very helpful and the Logo that Gadget Meister did is great :-)

Just curious now, do you think ordering without the insignia will take as long?

I've had both and they took about the same time
