I hope Santa was generous with all you good boys and girls!
As for me: Couple of books (been meaning to get these for a loooong while, but shipping to where I live was a almost a $100 due to weight; crazy! But the wife took the bullet for me); set of four handcut Italian crystal tumblers (not Cumbria, but this pattern matches my decanter); Everlane cardigan, and not really Bond related, but my brother-in-law brought me these cotton-linen trousers from Spain, which I want to use as alternatives for the BC chinos. Very happy!

hthomas: i saw your message on FB
The decanter belonged to my grandparents and is Edinburgh crystal. My parents brought it over from Scotland and I got it when my father passed away. It's about 100 years old. The glasses are from a german company called Nachtmann. But they were made in Italy. Go figure ....

I can also add that the 'Bown of London' Dressing gown is a lovely piece - not screen accurate of course but I'd say very Bond like with the morning cup of coffee.

Well, Santa made a follow-up trip today and left something in the mail slot. A shout out to my mate Barbel for sending me a copy of Colonel Sun, the Companion Book Club edition that lists the author as Robert Markham. I love parcels with international postal markings, thank you from across the pond!
"...the purposeful slant of his striding figure looked dangerous, as if he was making quickly for something bad that was happening further down the street." -SMERSH on 007 dossier photo, Ch. 6 FRWL.....
Amongst other Bond related items......Scalextric Spectre edition.
Although my daughters have given the Rome car chase a quite different vibe.......
) too good man!
Canoe2: Nice man! The story behind the decanter is very cool.
Big shoutout to AKV for facilitating my gift:
Never thought I would get my hands on one of these. Now off to the tailor, as small is still way too big on me . I was also surprised by getting the CR Pell money clip from my brother in law, which is on its way. Santa was way better to me than I deserved this year. Just ask my wife.
Just received this as an extra bonus present from my other half. Don't know if anyone has seen one in a while, but it is an U.S. Secret Service target from the 70's- part of some old stock recently discovered. Good on the old girl forgetting me this!:

Where did you get the glasses from?
