Looks a bit like a Parker Ballpoint but it has too much metal at the tip.

I'm at a loss as for which brand it actually is but that may be your best shot for now. I used to have one quite similar, actually.

...and for anyone interested (like me, bit of a Parker addict but currently diversifying), the lowest I could find this specific model and colour was 95$.

I think it matches the graphite colour of the Caran pen Denis found; it is more or less grey.
