It may surprise you, but I like that the exhibits shows other 007 watches than the IF Explorer.

What I am missing from the video, is the Seiko TV timer and I wonder if that "expert" still insists that the M354-5019 is the ONLY correct reference for MR.

The usual "THE James Bond Watch expert" (does he know any other experts in that field or does he just say it because Deaton says it :D ) rubbish is unnecessary and embarassing.

And the "The exhibition shows, that Bond always had the latest technology on his wrist" claim can't hold water because already in LALD he skips the "latest" tec watch (Pulsar) to the "traditional" Submariner and it saves his life.

A true James Bond Watch expert would know this 8-)

And the name is HIGGINS! X-(

I thought it was rather cool - and that's the thing many on here have their own private collections of Bond related stuff, but seldom does anyone else get to see them. So an opportunity like this is a great way to show everyone else the collection.

    Cheers :007)

I the case of Dell Deaton, it's not that simple.

He tends to fall out with everybody else sooner or later and it's only about him.
He uses his collection to continuously promote himself, his webpage and his non-Bond activities.

Those who are longer on the board may well remember his posts, where every second sentense contained a link to his crappy webpage.

It's also remembered how he claimed on an earlier exhibition, that his Seiko TV Timer was the production used model.
He was proven totally wrong from different sources.

Also, just because he hates me, he still insists, that the MR Seiko was not an M354-5010.
