I think something drastic needs to be done with the NHS, it's gone from being a service for unwell and injured people to that as well as a halfway house for homeless people, a temporary home for elderly people who are waiting for a nursing home place, drop in centre for drug users, patch up service for drunks, holding place for people in need of social services and an institute for people to get free cosmetic surgery with nothing more than a flimsy reason.
When I'm in power I'll ban gastric bands for lazy McDonald's botherers, people who get so drunk they cause self inflicted injuries will pay £150 ( this may make some take responsibility for them selves) special sections would be created for people in need of a social worker, I'd sack the dozens of management staff put sisters back in charge and the person in charge would be a practising consultant, I'd also stop the ridiculous system of performance and return it to a national service for the people who pay in.

Editors are needed, yes. A friend of mine wrote a viking novel some years back, it might get filmed by teh directors who are filming Pirates of the Caribbean now. Anyway, he tried to invvent viking swearwords. He used 'Hell burns!'. His editor discovered he had written "the health clinic burns!" once )

You once implied that a political thread would re-opened when hell freezes over. While I have no reliable sources in hell, I do know first hand that it rained in February here in Norway. This is a clear indication that hell freezing over is not only possible, but soon quite likely. Just sayin'
