Help with a collar bar shirt 15 or 15.5 32/33

Does anyone either have one they are willing to part with or know where to find a plain white shirt with a collar bar? I have an interview for a position with Tom Ford and I'm trying to nail the look as I believe it has a big part to do with presentation. My interview is on Friday, but I've been trying to find one of these shirts for a while now. Thank you gentlemen! -{
