QoS Tom Ford custom tie order.

Hello Everyone,

I am just shooting this out to gauge interest in the possibility of doing a Tie run of three styles from Quantum of Solace (PTS, Green Party and Bolivia). I was speaking with my friend who is a employee of the Tom Ford Store here in Las Vegas and he said he would be willing to run the gauntlet to get these made again if there was enough interest. Im sending this out just to see if any one did miss out on these I wasn't apart of the forum at that time and have no idea if this has been tried before or not, but I would like them for my collection.

The Green Party and Bolivia ones are grail ties for me. However, I'm a little short of cash due to the TF Harrington. So, depending on how long this project takes and if I can buy only those two, I may be able to jump on board.

The Greene party tie, out of all Bond ties, is the grail tie for me.

If - and I hope this comes to fruition - this is a goer I'd defo be in for the Greene party tie.

I'm going to try my best to make this happen. If there is one thing I have learned from this forum, its that persistence and support are huge factors in making these projects work.

Pretty much everything that is known about the QoS ties is in this thread, including all of the TF style numbers. A fun read, now 7 years later! Egads! Time has flown!

If this project actually comes to fruition, i'd definitely be in for the Bolivia and Greene Party ties...hell if you can get TF to pull this off, why not throw a couple of the rare Skyfall ties into the mix as well (PTS & Meeting Q)

If the fabric is available and TF is willing, I'd be interested in the PTS and the Bolivia tie. I'd also be interested in the London tie if that were available.

Spoke with the North America men's buyer they are running it up the chain now. I spoke to him about the previous attempts and the fabric issues. I asked if they would be willing to reproduce the fabric if there was enough interest. He said they will look at all options. Good news I added the QOS London tie to the order and requested PTS tie from Skyfall. Using the mentality if you don't ask you don't receive. So I would like to start getting a running total of who wants what so i can keep a running tally.

For those who have requested Skyfall ties... are there any swatches or TF style numbers for them? pictures work too, but swatches and style numbers preferred. At this point only the 4 QOS ties have been requested formally. Skyfall ties were discussed briefly and only thing that was sent was a swatch picture of the PTS. Any additional information I will gladly add to the conversation with TF. Again I don't have any pricing yet, if the fabric can be found/reproduced I'm sure it will come with a minimum order per style if fabric has to be reproduced.
