Help with Spectre end scene suit

I have the opportunity to purchase the suit as featured in the end scene of Spectre for 60% off. Before I take the plunge, I just want to know if anyone else owns one or has tried one on, just to see if it's going to something wearable. Also, if anyone knows the product code, that would help too. It has the correct wool, silk, and mohair blend, but I just wanted to be as SA as possible. Thanks Gentlemen! -{

I have owned one with the same blend and look (might have been the correct code IDK). Also mine was a two piece not three. It was very nice, however it is not a staple piece IMO so I didn't keep it.
One thing that I would look at if I were you is, do you have a Navy suit and Grey suit. If you do then I would consider purchasing it and throwing into the rotation. However if not then I would let it go.
Best,
Stefan

I know this thread is nearly two years old but I just want to thank you for this info Paul -{
I recently managed to pick up a brand new TF anthracite suit–still with unfinished sleeves and pant hems, closed pockets, shoulder stitching–for less than $1000US! While it looked pretty close to the film pics I compared it to, I had no idea if the fabric was SA. So after the suit was delivered today I dug around AJB until I found this thread and post, compared the code with the suit label and it matches! So thanks again
Piccies when your sorted please
Would love to hear the story on how you scored it for such a great price. Congrats! -{
1. CR. 2. TSWLM. 3. LTK. 4. GF. 5. SF.
Would love for it to be a more exciting story but reality is I was just browsing an online fashion marketplace one evening and happened to run into it. After a good study of pics, I thought the fabric and the suit details looked close enough (thanks TSOJB and JBL) so decided to take the risk (and at the price I paid I would've been stupid not to) and it paid off.
Fair enough mate, it is certainly a distinctive look. I have my appointment with TF in a few weeks for that other MTM suit as well as the tailoring of a couple more and I'm planning to have a look at the PTS fabric in person when I'm there and making my choice.
Keep in mind that when you look at a swatch, it looks a shade lighter when made into a suit. Comparing it to a garment you have can help.
