During the theft of the GoldenEye key and the destruction of the Severnaya facility General Ourumov is seen carrying a nice metal briefcase. I was wondering what its make was, and seeing as there is a rare GE prop book maybe we could get some insight from that. I initially thought that it was a Zero Halliburton one but it appears to have a different latch.

When Bond breaks in to Gupta's secret spot in the printing press, Bond starts looking through his belongings. Amongst them is what appears to be a metal Samsonite briefcase (because Samsonite gave David Arnold a limited edition package). Not Halliburton as it has different serrations on the front of the case.

EDIT 1: Misplaced " ' ".
EDIT 2: Gupta part.

After looking at quite a number of "silver case" listings on eBay, I was finally able to find the identical model.
However, there are zero (no pun intended) markings on it, not even a country of origin.
So presumably some sort of Halliburton knock-off.

Could be. Maybe he has it from Soviet Russia times :)) :)) . Well, if I ever bought the GoldenEye prop it would be the perfect place to have it on display.
