QOS Italy outfit

First time I've had a chance to wear it since I've got it all together...

    Looking good!

It's a great outfit and one of my favourites as well, looks good in both an informal, relaxed setting but also smart enough for other occasions.

Great rig I love this one and it was the first look I fell for that got me into the satirical side of .Bond. Still missing the elusive TF cardi will get one eventually. Just spent a fortune on look a like shawl necks though like the rest of us (though Dan may come to the rescue).

Enjoy and welcome to the club

    Cheers :007)

Same here. Spent a small fortune in trying to find an alternative for the cardigan...

I once wore this on a trip to Italy and bumped into a dude wearing the same look at Heathrow Airport in duty free. We both smiled and nodded - we knew th score but I had to laugh.

Also had same experience in the same place in my Haiti outfit heading off to the USA - so QOS looks are very popular!

    Cheers :007)

Were you both looking at Tom Ford sunglasses in duty free at the time? I had a similar experience while doing that. I was looking at the Snowdens, though we were wearing different bond outfits.

Freaky how did you know!! Though I guess logical I bet it's where we all head right.

I would have said it was just a similar look until I clocked the PO on the wrist and he was looking at the TF 209's (similar to the TF108's I was holding)

It's a Small World! I did ask on here at the time if it was an AJBer but no one fessed up

Thanks for all the compliments. Everything here is budget alternative. The cardigan is from Urban Outfitters (thanks to Iconic Alternatives) I had the buttons switched out to be more screen accurate. I used 1 inch buttons. They're slightly bigger than the original but the smaller ones were too small. 3/4 or 7/8 of an inch is probably what's needed.

Actually, I realized I lied. The phone in my pocket is a Sony Xperia Z5.

Funny how you can pretty much always tell whose a Bond by a piece of clothing they're wearing. Happened to me in London when I was wearing the Sander's boots and walked past a guy wearing the Sanders as well, turns out he's a member here!

    Nice outfit!

And to everybody who wants a QoS cardigan, the Urban Outfitters alternate is now down to $10!!!!!

Just call your store and give them the item number and color and size you want, they should be able to check stock nearby.

Plus another $3-$4 in leather buttons from JoAnn's Fabrics and that's a hell of a deal.
    Yes. Consssssiderably.

I have one of those and my STRONG recommendation is to size down! They're designed to be an oversized, baggy fit. I'm normally a medium in most US brands and I went with a small. It fit well but I could have probably gone with XS from an even more SA fit.

I'm actually wearing a small in this picture. I don't wear small in anything. If it helps I have a royale shanghai peacoat from the original run in a medium that's getting pretty tight. I need to upsize that I believe. Heck, if they're only $10 now ($50 when I bought mine) buy one in every size and return the ones you don't want.

I just checked the website and could not find them. It's possible they're gone.

While it's definitely out of stock online, the stores should definitely have them if you just call, give the item number, and tell them you're looking for a small in black.

    The item number is 39984372.
