I have received my Armani jacket replica.
It is made out of soft nappa leather (which makes all the difference IMO).
What do you think?

No it's not mine, The jacket looks good the only thing is like all the pockets look to structured, this is what I found to be the issue with my first couple of samples, they actually have almost no structure to them and should sag and bag out, I am just waiting for my new sample to arrive soon.

I had it tailor-made by my tailor.
Point taken with the pockets.
I think it can be easily fixed.

Looks awesome, Commandant! I've been looking at some of the replicas for a while now, since I'm due for a new leather jacket. It seems like the softer leather is what gives this thing the right look.

Agree with the quality of the leather.
I looked at several replica, but didn't find the correct color and quality. This is the closest I could find.
This model is one inch longer than the original Armani, which I find slightly too short.
