OK the lord giveth and taketh away. I had some bad news recently and it was my birthday this week so bit of an up and down week. However the good lady pulled out all the stops today!
Trip up to London for a guided tour of Bond locations and then after lunch we popped over to Bond in Motion.
You got to love her just the tonic I needed! Below are some highlights and I have to say full credit to the guide I learnt a lot I did not know even as a Bond fan.

A few on there ive yet to do! Maybe in a few months! {[]
I worked in London for years and just could not place some locations so was good to find them on this tour.
For example I knew the SPECTRE one where Bond and Mallory get side swiped needed a tunnel only one close was either Barbican or along the embankment I was close with the latter only it was a cycle track not road running parallel to it. What. Came to appreciate is how good the location scouts are to find these places.
All good fun might start my own tours as we missed Admiralty and a couple of others I know and would have thrown in (last few shots I picked up walking back to the car)
But all in all a good day out
Cheers :007)
The picture right after that is from Die Another Day, if I'm not mistaken? Good thread, 44.
Fun fact: when TWINE was shown at Vauxhaull Cross, the staff cheered when the building exploded ) .
Bond in Motion is cool, but I wanted to sit in the cars. (and drive them around)
1. GE 2. MR 3. OP 4. TMWTGG 5. TSWLM 6. TND 7. TWINE 8.DN 9. GF 10. AVTAK
Still debated that to death on other threads
Great day out though full recommend and there are so many more locations you could add to the list in London (many in walking distance of Trafalgar Sq).
Cheers :007)
Here's my Lazenby pic- he was 6'5 or so, and I am 5'6!
Dodged the coppers with my plastic PPK...
Hottest day on record when we filmed this.
Ended up spending hours up there, as a busload of Japanese tourists arrived, and my friend/photographer yelled to them "New James Bondsan!"
The bastard had me taking photos with 90+ odd grandmas!
What fun...
Cheers, Tom
Great photo for the collection GG :007) You did well to avoid having your collar felt re.the PPK!
So headed off to BIM to kill a few hours. Spent some time looking at the new NTTD kit, very nice
Funny thing was the DB5 damages are all stickers! Who would have thought, go figure. Movie magic what the eye don’t see )
Cheers :007)
